Raed Arafat Questioned by Military Prosecutors: SMURD Helicopter Purchased Without Paying VAT

The head of the Department for Emergency Situations (DSU) is being questioned on Tuesday by prosecutors from the Military Section of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (PÎCCJ), after allegedly purchasing a SMURD helicopter from an island near the United Kingdom without paying VAT.
