The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) decided yesterday, with a majority of 6 votes in favor and 3 votes against, that the law on the reform of magistrates and #39; pensions is constitutional and thus rejected the objection of unconstitutionality formulated last year by the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
